Spring group meetup

Just received word about the next meetup organized by Alef Arendsen of Interface21, the company involved with Spring development in the Netherlands. Previous meetups have been mainly social events. Since it’s right in my neighborhood, I’ll be checking it out.

These days, the latest Java frameworks try to achieve a balance between coding and configuration. Spring provides solutions for many of the common problems in building an enterprise application, by applying IoC (Inversion of Control) and AOP (aspect-oriented programming).
